Friday Class: Prashnopanishad

Beginning October 31, 2025, this class covers the Prashnopanishad: Six Disciples. Six Questions. One Truth.

About Prashnopanishad

Prashnopanishad, rooted in the Atharva Veda, is a unique Upanishadic text built around six fundamental questions posed by sincere seekers to the sage Pippalada. Prashna means “question,” and this text is a profound dialogue where the queries of the students reflect the timeless concerns of all spiritual aspirants including questions on creation, life, prana (vital energy), meditation, and the ultimate purpose of existence.

Through these exchanges, the Rishi’s answers become the compassionate voice of scripture, gently guiding the seeker from confusion to clarity, from darkness to light. The text reminds us that spiritual knowledge is not merely taught but revealed to those who approach with faith, discipline, and a deep longing to know.
