Bala Vihar Information Session

On Saturday, August 26, 2023, Chinmaya Mission Vancouver will be hosting an information session about our Bala Vihar classes. Prospective parents, families, and students are invited to attend! During the session, we will share details about class activities, curriculum, fees, and schedules. Attendees will also have the opportunity to hear from current students and ask any questions about the Bala Vihar program.

ABOUT BALA VIHAR

Bala Vihar is an online weekly meeting for children with the sole purpose of learning our precious culture, spiritual wisdom, and related values through stories, games, quizzes, crafts, bhajans, hymns, shlokas, skits, dances, and more. Chinmaya Mission Vancouver offers Bala Vihar classes for students from Pre-K to Grade 12. Youth aged 18 and older can attend our Chinmaya Yuva Kendra Classes, designed for young adults.

Through school, activities, classes, and lessons, we prepare our children for a wide variety of careers and opportunities in their future. However, the most important lessons that children need are those that set them up with a strong foundation to face life’s challenges and ups and downs. To learn how to be good individuals and upstanding citizens in their communities. Through the values and teachings of Bala Vihar, students can learn how to face modern problems using the ancient wisdom found in the teachings of Vedanta and Sanatana Dharma.
